This sturdy belt is a must for dog trekking (hiking) or walking your dog "hands-free". It can be used for comfortable jogging and novice skijoring.  A must for walking dogs, which are pulling!

Our belt is made from a heavy-duty compressed water-resistant material and ensures good extended pulling power. It is recommended to fasten the belt slightly above the hips in order to limit pressure on stomach muscles. The upper back part of the belt offers equal support to the spine and back. No back pain while using our belt, guaranteed!

Our Trekking Belt features a small pocket for your valuables, bottle holder, and reflective tape.

The side loops on the belt are simply for clipping things on to (for example a neckline, a dog poop baggie holder, a set of keys or any other small object). Nothing heavy should be attached to those loops. Dogs should be attached to the metal ring only.

One size fits all.

Great quality, but room for improvement.

The cani-cross/trekking belt seems sturdy and is made with high quality materials. However, it has 2 features I don’t like.

1. There isn’t a hold for the excess belt line. So once you tighten the belt around your waist, the tail just dangles. I tried to tuck it through the packs loop area, but it’s too snug and doesn’t fit.

2.) the pack has a zip up compartment that is super small and tightly made, especially compared to the size of the pack. My phone doesn’t even fit in there. So I can’t bring it for emergencies unless I bring an additional pack. It also is awkward fishing for doggy bags, since only my fingers fit in the pocket. At this point only the water bottle holder is useless. Perhaps it’s built like this for races and competitions and not for recreational?

This disappointment is stemmed from having also recently purchasing their ski-jorring belt. Which has an Amazing storage pack that is quite spacious and holds plenty of gear. It also has a way to tuck the tail end of your belt once it’s tightened up.

The belt arrived early and is really well made. So far, my wife and I have primarily used it for skijoring.

Awesome belt.

Bought this for walking and hiking with my husky (55lbs or so). She broke some cheap waist pack from Ruffwear chasing after a burro in the mountains of CO (yes, it was an adventure to say the least). So I was quite apprehensive to strap her to myself again. This plus Howling Dog's 9' bungee leash and the harness, and she is completely secure and able to roam as she wants on walks up in the mtns.

As for the pack - super comfortable and actually supports my back nicely when she pulls on rare occasions. Yes, it can get a tad warm on hot days, but it is totally worth given how well made and robust the belt is. Very high quality and super durable.
