Warranty only covers items defective due to faulty material/manufacturing. Warranty applies to all items (excluding supplements) up to 30 days after the order processing date. Faulty items can be returned for an exchange. The warranty does not cover items damaged by improper use/handling, or by normal wear and tear (including being chewed by a dog). We recommend emailing us a photo of the item in question first.

We will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of the order processing date.

All items must be in LIKE NEW CONDITION, with no wear and tear and no dog hair.

10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

EXCHANGING A HARNESS?

If exchanging a harness for a different size, send the item to the address listed below. Include a detailed description of the exchange request (harness size and color, shipping address). Also, include the original receipt of purchase and a check (cash) for:

• $9.95 to cover shipping/exchange expenses for ONE harness
• $13.95 if TWO harnesses are being exchanged
• $17.95 if THREE to FIVE harnesses are being exchanged
• Contact us for a quote if you are exchanging more than five harnesses.

We only accept exchanges from US addresses. We do not accept exchanges from Canada and other foreign countries.

EU & International Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, for any reason, without penalty.

To initiate a return, please use our self-serve returns portal or contact us directly.

• Return window: 14 days from delivery of the last item
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition where possible
• Restocking fees: No restocking fees apply to EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to deduct for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the item (such as a dirty harness or a dog jacket with dog hair).
• Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Refund timeline: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Note: Certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law (e.g., sealed Nutrazinc opened after delivery).

For example:
